As a global healthcare leader, I bring a charismatic presence and a track record of implementing innovative and successful organizational development strategies. My expertise spans Leadership Training, DISC Behavioral Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, and Change Management.

I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Nursing and have extensive experience in managing diverse teams of up to 850 contributors, overseeing budgets exceeding $100 million.
